To me, this semester's class has been a class of exploration, exploration of the world, of cultures, of the disciplinary, and of myself. Not only did we learned about artworks and artists, everyone's contributions in the discussion show so much of how different background and knowledge would change one's perception of art!
This class also helped me in finding my own self and develop my very own style. After trying different types of medium and techniques, I finally found the one that suits me the best, at least at this moment. I am very glad that I took this class, again.

Behold
Sometimes when a person watches something for a long period of time, the object becomes strange, even though nothing has actually changed.
Trust
They don't know where the wind will bring them to, but they trust themselves and believe in the future.
Anchor
When the heart is anchored in one place, the mind can disperse to explore freely, while still influenced by the anchored heart.

Bridge
The folktale of The Weaver Girl and the Cowherd is about a love story between a fairy and a man. Their love is forbidden and they are forced to separate. They are blocked by the Silver River (Milky Way). Each year, the two are allowed to see each other once, and a flock of birds fly to form a bridge over the Silver River , allowing the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl to see each other.

Tend
Started from the middle of the page, I tried to free my mind and let my line meander. As the line reaches the edge of the paper, the tendency to follow the the boundary becomes obvious.
